SAMOX LIMITED (“SAMOX”, “we”) is a private company limited by shares, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9942589). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. To prevent abuse, we also store a salted one-way hash of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
• Emails you send us, including your email address and anything you choose to include.
• Technical information. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and provides visitor statistics that do not use cookies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our public pages do not set cookies of their own. A single essential cookie is set only when a member of our team signs in to manage the website’s content. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from automated abuse.

• To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up on it (your request and our legitimate interest in answering it).
• To keep the website and contact form secure and working (our legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal obligations where they apply.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our communications: our hosting provider, Cloudflare and our email provider. They may process it only on our instructions. Some of them may process information outside Nigeria; where they do, we take steps to keep it protected as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or stop or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent you have given.
